You Can Do this at Home


If you are reading this, then you are one of the people who cannot go to the gym and exercise. But it’s not a bad thing, actually it is not really a requirement to go to the gym so that you can exercise. There are exercises that you can simply do in your own home to achieve the summer body you want to have. Just like the following exercises: 
Hip Raise: To do this, you have to lie on the floor, bend your knees with feet flat on the floor. Your arms should be on the side, in a 45-degree angle. Next, tighten your core by making your tummy as skinny as possible. Then, raise your hips while tightening your glutes. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your knees. Pause for five seconds, and repeat for 10 times.
Bodyweight Squat: Stand tall with your feet spread wider than the width of your shoulders. Hold your arms in front in a shoulder level. Next, keep your torso upright  with your lower back slightly arched. Bend your body as low as you can and push your hips back. Pause for a while and start again from the initial position. You can repeat this for 10 times.
Side Plank: Position yourself by lying on your side with your knees straight. Place your left hand on your left hip. Then, make your tummy as skinny as possible to tighten your core. Lastly, raise your hips until your body forms a straight line.
Incline Push-Up: Start with a push up position, but raise your hands in an inclined platform (like a box or a step of a stair).Then, lower your body until your arms are dip below your elbows. Do atleast 12-15 repetitions.
These are only some of the easy as 1-2-3 exercises that you can do at your home. There are still a lot of exercises you can do, you can even use some equipment to help you improve, or more likely, exercise with your loved one so that it would be more fun to do.
